Nathan Dumm & Mayer P.C. ("NDM") is a results-driven law firm that primarily represents defendants in complex civil, tort, and commercial litigation cases. The firm represents a variety of different individuals and entities, including governmental entities, in various matters, including civil rights, personal injury, and employment claims, construction defect litigation, workers' compensation claims and personal injury matters.
NDM seeks a full-time associate attorney with 3-5+ years of civil litigation experience. Applicants should be well-versed in the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and have experience drafting pleadings, including dispositive motions and preparing and responding to written discovery. Candidates must have participated in a minimum of 25 depositions as lead counsel. Experience attending hearings and participating in trial are also preferred. Strong analytical, research and writing skills are essential for this position. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and must be in good standing. The ideal candidate has experience representing governmental entities in pre-litigation and litigation matters, such as employment-related claims, civil rights claims, land use and taking disputes, and matters involving governmental immunity. Prior experience as a Judge's Clerk is also a plus.
NDM offers competitive pay and benefits. Compensation range will be between $130k and $175k depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, associates can qualify for NDM's bonus structure.
