Associate Attorney - Family Law (Litigation-Focused)

TrustPoint.One is proud to be partnering with a highly respected Family Law firm in Colorado that is currently seeking to add 1-2 Associate Attorneys to their growing team.
This firm has built a strong reputation for litigation excellence and client advocacy. With a steady influx of referrals and a full caseload, they're looking for confident, motivated attorneys who are ready to step into meaningful, hands-on work.
Position Highlights:
While experience in Family Law is preferred, our client is open to attorneys with 1-7 years of experience, particularly those with a strong litigation background. The Managing Partner places a premium on courtroom skill and strategic thinking-this is an ideal environment for attorneys who thrive in litigation and are eager to grow in a dynamic and supportive setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in all aspects of Family Law (divorce, custody, support, etc.)
• Manage case files from intake through resolution
• Regularly appear in court, including handling jury trials
• Maintain direct communication with clients and manage expectations
• Handle legal research, drafting, and administrative casework as needed

Work Schedule:
• Full-time, in-office (Monday through Friday)
• Standard hours: 9am-5pm (some flexibility available)

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 1-7 years of legal experience (litigation focus highly valued)
