We are working with a growing civil litigation law firm that is based out of Florida and is expanding to the Denver, CO market. They are seeking an experienced Attorney that has experience in first-party property insurance claims.

Location: Denver, CO - this position is 100% REMOTE for now (once office location is decided in Denver there will be the expectation to go into the office)
Base salary: $100k-$150k/year based on experience + bonuses

Job Details

The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience in first-party insurance claims, along with a demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex legal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in first-party property insurance claims
• Handling all stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial or settlement
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Offer expert legal counsel and craft effective case strategies

Qualifications:

• Must be based in or near Denver, Colorado
• Active member of the Colorado Bar
• Proven experience with first-party law
• Ability to pass a background check
