This role requires the ability to take depositions, attend hearings, argue motions, and effectively litigate cases. As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys to provide exceptional legal services to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis on various cases and legal issues.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, case status reports, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation for trials and hearings; attend as needed.
- Continuous and effective communication with counsel, clients, and courts.
