Skills / Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 3-7 years of litigation experience (preferably in the area of product liability)
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
