A top-tier law firm in Charlotte is looking for a highly skilled Transactional Associate to join their dynamic team. This is a prime opportunity to work on complex, high-impact deals involving both debt and equity investments for top-tier capital providers.
What You'll Do:
You'll represent lenders, private equity funds, and alternative investment vehicles in a variety of sophisticated transactions - from lending deals to control and growth equity investments. The role spans the entire capital structure, including advising portfolio companies on acquisitions, sell-side transactions, and financing activities
What We're Looking For:
- 3-6 years of transactional experience (finance or corporate preferred)
- Strong law firm background
- Excellent academic performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- NC Bar admission or willingness to obtain

Salary Range: $220,000 - $305,000
