Associate Attorney

Dolan + Zimmerman is a boutique downtown Boulder law firm. We handle criminal defense, civil litigation and family law matters. We are seeking an Associate Attorney with one to three years of experience in the area of family law including divorce and legal separation, allocation of parental responsibilities, adoptions, modifications and restrictions of parenting time, etc. We are looking for a person who is comfortable in court, but trial experience is not necessary.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Handling a diverse caseload of family law matters, and providing coverage and support on other litigation matters as needed.

• Conducting legal research.

• Drafting pleadings, motions and other legal documents

• Representing clients in mediation, hearings, and court proceedings with professionalism and empathy.

• Providing strategic legal advice and guidance to clients based on their individual circumstances and goals.

• Collaborating with Partners and support staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.

The firm offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience and ability, starting in the range of $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 plus a comprehensive bonus structure.
