We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic legal team in Boston, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling personal injury cases, excellent negotiation and litigation skills, and a strong commitment to advocating for clients' rights. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims. Preference is for those who have trial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research, case analysis, and evidence preparation.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and medical professionals.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case progress.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Massachusetts and in good standing with the bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, with litigation experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
