We are now looking for Associate Attorneys of all experience levels to join our Wage and Hour Class Action Team.

Position Overview
As an Associate Attorney, you will:
- Work on a wide variety of wage and hour class action and PAGA cases.
- Engage in legal research, case preparation, drafting of pleadings, and managing discovery.
- Contribute to trial preparation and, if applicable, participate in trial proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies that will ensure success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Manage a caseload efficiently, meeting deadlines and prioritizing cases as needed.
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth legal research on employment law issues, analyze complex fact patterns, and provide strategic recommendations for case development.
- Client Communication: Communicate regularly with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: With the oversight of a senior attorney, develop strategies that will ensure success for all of our clients.
