Candidate Profile:
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record(link removed)>
Active Bar Admission in DC and Maryland(link removed) BOTH.
3+ years of substantive experience in labor and employment litigation is preferred; other civil litigation experience will be considered(link removed)>
Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Desire to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrating initiative and the ability to assume responsibility for matters while collaborating with a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in complex labor and employment, commercial, and privacy litigation matters.
Provide strategic counsel to clients on single plaintiff FEHA matters, wage & hour claims, and class action work(link removed)>
Collaborate with a large team of experienced attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services.
Develop innovative legal solutions for clients and contribute to a rapidly-growing national practice.

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Compensation: Annual salary range of $150,000 $190,000, commensurate with experience and market considerations, plus eligibility for multiple discretionary bonus programs(link removed)>
