• Conduct thorough research on media trends, industry issues and competitive landscapes to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Create, edit and polish compelling communications materials, including press releases, reports and presentations
• Develop and launch engaging social media campaigns, monitor media coverage and provide strategic analysis to enhance communications efforts
• Monitor and analyze web and social media performance metrics, offering innovative strategies to boost engagement and reach
• Coordinate scheduling, calendar management and travel arrangements for the CCO, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency
• Support the communications team by managing budgets and billing processes with accuracy and timeliness
