Associate Ambassador
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Associate Ambassador to join our growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SDR/BDR who is ready to take the next step in their sales career.
As an Associate Ambassador, you will focus on cold outreach and appointment setting while supporting the sales process and learning the skills to advance into a full sales representative role. With a clear path to earning $120k+ in base salary and commissions, this position is ideal for individuals who are determined, competitive, and eager to grow within a company that invests in its people.
TLDR: Right now, we need someone who CRUSHES appointment setting with decision makers. Once that person ramps up, it will create a bottle neck in the sales process for those running the meetings. The intention is to slowly train this person to run the initial sales meeting before handing it off. So I'm looking for a kick ass SDR who feels ready to move into sales. As long as there's success in this role, there will be opportunity to move into the Strategic Ambassador role, running the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Cold Outreach: Utilize calls, texts, emails, and social media to connect with prospects and set appointments for Strategic Ambassadors.
- Appointment Setting: Serve as the primary contact for scheduling and managing meetings with potential clients.
- CRM Management: Document all interactions and relevant information (contact details, company profiles, etc.) in the CRM system to maintain an organized pipeline.
- Sales Process Support: Shadow calls, listen to meetings, and assist in follow-up scheduling to develop your skills and support the team.
- Training & Development: Actively participate in training sessions and feedback loops to refine your sales acumen.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to enhance outreach strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Strategic Ambassadors and the sales team to align efforts with overall sales goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on outreach activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR, with a track record of success in cold outreach and appointment setting.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity using CRM tools such as Dynamics 365.
- Highly motivated, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
