As part of our 8-week Sales Development Program, you'll work alongside experienced Account Managers and Recruiters to gain real-world sales experience, develop valuable business relationships, and help organizations meet their consulting needs.
What You'll Do:
Hands-On Sales & Business Development
- Participate in a structured 8-week training program designed to teach you Oxford's full sales cycle.
- Work closely with Account Managers to understand client needs and pitch Oxford's value proposition.
- Learn to build and maintain strong business relationships with hiring managers at top companies.
Client Engagement & Prospecting
- Use tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and good old-fashioned cold calling to connect with clients.
- Help identify consulting opportunities and match them with the right professional talent.
- Master the art of professional communication through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Mentorship & Growth
- Learn from award-winning industry veterans who will guide your development every step of the way.

- Graduate from the program into a full-time Account Manager role with a $50K base salary + uncapped commission.
What We're Looking For:
- A competitive spirit and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.
- A positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and desire to grow personally and professionally.
- Interest in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but all motivated candidates will be considered.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, athletics, or team leadership is a strong plus.
