A leading senior living community located in the heart of Vermont is now seeking an experienced Assisted Living Center Nurse Coordinator to join their comprehensive medical team.
Situated on nearly 40 acres within central Vermont, this location offers care to roughly 100 senior residents in both independent and private settings. This pet-friendly location offers modern private living spaces as well as various shared spaces and outdoor grounds to adventure. Partnering with a leading acute care facility, this community has completely reimagined what a full-service retirement community could be.
Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Assisted Living Center Nurse Coordinator will oversee direct patient care activities, evaluate patient charting, manage the use of controlled substances, participate in rounding, help schedule patient appointments, manage infection control procedures, and serve as a leadership team member.The Nurse Coordinator will also participate in recruitment, staff evaluations, and develops training programs.
What s Needed to Succeed:
- Degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Vermont or ability to obtain
- Prior leadership experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility
