Salary Details:

The salary is commensurate with availability and experience. Tuition financial aid of up to 10 credits per year. While this is not a full-time role, additional funds may be available through ID and summer camps, as well as significant local club coaching opportunities.

The Women's Soccer Assistant Coach position will play a pivotal role in supporting MSUM soccer program and the Head Soccer Coach in all aspects. Responsibilities include supporting players, coaching, practice planning, game strategy, scouting, recruiting, and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of student-athletes both on and off the field, aligning work responsibilities with individual strengths, including potential positional coaching assignments (non-goal keeping preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience playing and/or coaching at the NCAA DII college level or higher, with outfield experience preferred.
