Job Description

Elizabethtown College, a member of NCAA Division III and the Landmark Conference, invites applications for an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach.
The Assistant Coach would assist the Head Coach with the organization and administration of the College's intercollegiate athletic program.

Job Duties

This individual will mentor, motivate, and develop student athletes in a Division III educational environment, assist the Head Coach with practices, contests, recruitment and scouting. Work with students and staff from diverse backgrounds and ensure the athletic program is conducted in accordance with the NCAA and conference rules and regulations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of coaching and/or collegiate playing experience.

This position requires a valid driver's license for business travel purposes (individual must have a US driver's license for at least three years and also be qualified under College policy to transport students in college-owned and/or leased vehicles). CPR, AED and 1st Aid certification also is required, these certification can be obtained through the college within the first month of employment.
