Job Responsibilities The Assistant Volleyball Coach will assist the Head Women's Volleyball Coach with the responsibilities associated with the organization and administration of the women's volleyball program. Assist with team travel, match, and practice preparation Assist with recruiting as permitted by NCAA Division II regulations. Assist with academic achievement and study hall.
Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree is required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Additional Comments Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and program administration. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the game of volleyball. Must have good communication, organization, and administrative skills. Ability to develop good rapport with students, parents and staff.
