Job Description
As a Dynamics 365 Presales Consultant, you will work closely across various verticals such as product development, sales and marketing, and customer relations. Your job will also include understanding the customers' needs and pitching the company's products as suitable solutions. You will also be required to actively observe customer behavior and predict future needs for product development.
This presales position is expected to provide exceptional technical leadership with a deep wide breath of product knowledge during the sales process with a strong understanding of Arctic IT products and services, specifically focused on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. This role must exhibit high energy, convincing presentation skills, and thorough technical writing skills. It is expected that this individual will understand how to sell ERP solutions to decision makers and navigate complex business processes with the ability to translate them into a solution architecture that our Professional Services team can deliver successfully. This is not a commission-based role.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and qualification: Identifying and qualifying potential clients through various channels.
- Solution design and demonstration: Developing tailored solutions for clients based on their specific needs and demonstrating the value proposition of Microsoft D365.
- Proposal development: Creating compelling proposals that clearly articulate the solution, pricing, and timeline.
- Client presentations and workshops: Delivering engaging presentations and workshops to potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of Microsoft D365.
- Responding to RFPs/RFIs: Developing comprehensive and persuasive responses to requests for proposals and information.
- Technical expertise: Maintaining a strong understanding of Microsoft D365 functionalities, features, and integrations.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team, technical team, and other stakeholders to ensure successful client engagements.
- Market analysis: Keeping abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Relationship building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Experience Profile
- 12+ years of total experience, including 8+ years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Primary Skill: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Desired skills: Dynamics 365 Customer engagement, Power Platform
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Customer Service).
- Proven experience in a presales or similar role within the Microsoft D365 ecosystem.
- Experience with proposal writing and RFP/RFI responses.
- Should have good knowledge of Dynamics 365, Finance, SCM, Commerce and CE Apps (Sales, customer service, marketing and Field service)
- Strong awareness of technical aspects with a techno-functional perspective.
- Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and/or upgrade projects.
- Stay updated and demonstrate expertise in AI Copilot and other automation capabilities of Dynamics 365 platform.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely. Solid understanding of project methodologies. software development lifecycle methodologies, solution architecture, and design principles.
- Ability to quickly adapt to emerging technologies and trends in Dynamics 365 , including AI and automation tools.
- Experience with customers in multiple industry verticals
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are highly desirable.
