Ecolab is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Corporate Accounts - Retain & Grow in the UK, Ireland, Nordics, Switzerland & Benelux regions.
The AVP leads and manages a team of Corporate Account Managers, focusing on retaining and growing the customer portfolio within the Institutional division. This role involves empowering the team, executing strategic initiatives, and collaborating closely with sales and support functions to deliver value to customers. Responsibilities include market analysis, network development, and ensuring profitable contracts and innovations.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply safety instructions, conduct training, and use safety tools.
- Perform safety assessments and ensure PPE readiness.
- Report safety observations and incidents using VRM.
- Propose safety improvements for customer sites.
- Lead business strategies, align teams, and manage contracts to meet growth objectives.
- Develop customer networks and industry contacts to identify opportunities and threats.
- Negotiate major contracts and lead value delivery at European and national levels.
- Establish internal and external relationships to enhance productivity and brand reputation.
- Maintain high standards of customer knowledge and profitability analysis.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and uphold Ecolab's culture and values.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on sales, profitability, and market activities.

Language: Fluent in English and local languages, with willingness to travel ( 60%).
