QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must pass a criminal records check (BCI and FBI)
• Pupil Activity Permit Certification
• Prior coaching experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both students and adults
• Knowledge of techniques, workouts, and training methods
• Coordinate daily practice schedule
• Understanding and willingness to spend the necessary time to build a successful program
• Willingness to work as a team
• Demonstrate ability to motivate and coach high school athletes
• Willingness to work closely with the Head Varsity Coach and Athletic Director to carry out goals and objectives of Athletic Department
