Assistant Superintendent - Builder Developer - Revere, MA - Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring the project stays on track and adheres to the schedule.
- Quality Control: Oversee work quality, ensuring construction meets the project's specifications, standards, and building codes.
- Coordinate Subcontractors: Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Safety Management: Promote and enforce safety regulations on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
