What You Bring:

Your Core Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily accounting paperwork and meet deadlines.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor non-exempt employees while holding them accountable for operational standards.
  • Oversee cash handling and inventory, assisting in minor discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and review financial accountability sheets.
  • Perform administrative duties such as payroll and banking with adherence to cash control policies.
  • Manage banking procedures including deposits and orders.
  • Ensure the store meets cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Maintain security and safety in the store while reporting issues when necessary.
  • Oversee fuel levels and coordinate gasoline deliveries.
  • Participate in promotional initiatives and ensure high guest service levels.
  • Execute additional tasks as required by company policies and managers.

Qualifications:
  • Flexibility for working various hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Independent work capability with strong communication and mathematical skills.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are a must.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures as needed.
  • Physical ability to handle lifting up to 25 lbs, as well as bending and reaching.
