The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) plays a vital role in supporting the General Manager with the store's daily operations while strictly following the company's policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete daily accounting paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Supervise and train non-exempt employees, ensuring they adhere to operational standards.
  • Monitor cash handling and inventory, assisting in any necessary investigations for discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate business records and review cashier accountability sheets.
  • Manage banking and cash control processes, including deposits and change orders.
  • Ensure the store maintains Global Partners' cleanliness and sanitation standards.
  • Support and promote all company initiatives and programs.

Qualifications:
  • Flexible availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a retail or similar environment.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong attention to detail.

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
