Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be instrumental in operating a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will have the tools and training necessary to drive your store's success with a comprehensive 3-week leadership training program.

Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Flexibility to work in any store within a 50-mile radius
  • Able to work during weekends and flexible hours
  • Food Safety certified (Serve Safe certification)
Physical Requirements:

While performing your duties, you may encounter hot environments with steam from food preparation. Employees typically remain standing for extended periods and must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. A fast-paced environment requires effective verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
