Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and guiding the team to meet financial goals while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. To ensure your success, we provide 3 or more weeks of focused store leadership training.

Desired Skills & Experience:
  • High school diploma required
  • Willingness to work in any location within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Food Safety: Serve Safe certification is necessary
Physical Demands of the Role:

This role may involve working in kitchens that are often hot, with limited workspace and strenuous duties. Employees are expected to remain standing for long periods and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills, adaptability to a fast-paced environment, and capability to manage conflicts are essential.

Pay Range: $15 per hour - $21 per hour

Individual pay is determined by various factors, including location and experience. Panda reserves the right to modify or discontinue bonus programs at any time.
