Responsibilities Include - Completing daily accounting paperwork and ensuring timely submission.
- Supervising, training, and developing hourly employees while fostering accountability for operational standards.
- Monitoring cash handling and inventory management, assisting in minor investigations of discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate business records and monitoring cashier accountability.
- Conducting banking, payroll, and other administrative duties with adherence to cash control policies.
- Ensuring the store meets cleanliness and safety standards, while maintaining high levels of guest service.
- Engaging in company promotional initiatives and maintaining readiness for Grand Openings.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Territory Manager.
