We have an exciting opportunity to join our Caversham team as an Assistant Manager.
Our Assistant Managers support Store Managers in all aspects of the business, guiding and supporting our team of Sales Assistants and volunteers while ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience.

You will have:
- The ability to work collaboratively with the Shop Manager
- Ability to lift and carry stock up to 10kg
- Leadership skills to manage volunteers and staff
- Delegation and coaching abilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Time management skills under conflicting priorities
- IT literacy and numeracy skills
Ideally, you will also have:
- Understanding of retail processes
- Ability to interpret basic financial reports
- Experience in a customer-facing role
