As an Assistant Store Manager, Your Responsibilities Include:

You will assist in managing the daily operations of the store. This role encompasses hiring, supervising, and guiding team members to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership is vital to the store's success. To set you up for victory, you will participate in an intensive 3 or more weeks of store leadership training.

What We Are Looking For:
  • A high school diploma.
  • Willingness to work at any of our locations within a 50-mile radius.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
  • Food Safety certification (Serve Safe).
Job Requirements:

During your shift, you will be in a heated environment with food vapors. You should expect to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and effectively manage a fast-paced work environment. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to resolve conflicts are essential.
