MUST LOVE TANNING. Seeking a full-time employee (
minimum 35 hours) who has 1-3 Years Leadership experience and has the desire and capability
to grow within our company. We are a professional tanning & wellness salon the seeks to excellently serve our clients to create
positive experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Consults with customers in a professional and upbeat manner
- Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized salon
- Cash Handling, Opening/Closing procedures
- Daily administrative paperwork, goal tracking.
- Set example for non management staff
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail, customer service environment.
- 1-3 Years Leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to list 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends

Saturday 9:30am-5pm ( Last Tan at 5pm)
Sunday 9:30am-5pm (Last Tan at 5pm)
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.50 per hour
