Summary: As an Assistant Manager at Auntie Annes Cinnabon, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will play a key role in training employees, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth shift transitions while helping to drive store performance and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Support:
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to enhance performance and teamwork.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive work environment.
Operations & Store Management:
  • Help oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and reducing waste.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
Customer Service Excellence:
  • Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Uphold brand image by ensuring consistent product quality and service.
  • Assist in implementing promotional and marketing initiatives to drive sales.
Financial & Administrative Duties:
  • Support the Store Manager in tracking sales, labor costs, and store performance.
  • Assist with cash handling, register reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Help maintain accurate records of inventory, employee schedules, and operational logs.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food service, retail, or a leadership role preferred.
  • Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in basic financial and inventory management tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
