Requirements:
  • 2+ years retail sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in all operational and leadership aspects of the store
  • Drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Train and coach store associates
