Your key responsibilities include: - Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Assisting with hiring, supervising, and mentoring staff
- Maintaining our high standards in service and operations

Ideal candidates will have: - Experience in retail environments

- High school diploma or college degree
Physical Requirements: - Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds regularly
- Occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds
- Pushing or pulling with arms up to 20 pounds
- Bending and twisting for up to one hour during shifts
- Good hand-eye coordination for grasping and manipulating objects
- Ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve items
