Your key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Assisting with hiring, supervising, and mentoring staff
  • Maintaining our high standards in service and operations
  • Ensuring our food program is executed at the highest level
  • Exhibiting leadership and fostering a positive work environment
  • Providing reliable onsite attendance

Ideal candidates will have:
  • Experience in retail environments
  • Prior supervisory or management experience
  • Skills in recruiting and hiring
  • Experience with food handling
  • High school diploma or college degree
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
  • Capability of lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds regularly
  • Occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Pushing or pulling with arms up to 20 pounds
  • Bending and twisting for up to one hour during shifts
  • Good hand-eye coordination for grasping and manipulating objects
  • Ability to climb ladders to store and retrieve items
