  • Assisting the Store Manager in operational and leadership aspects

REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with knowledge of business management processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
