Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of a single store. Your responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and guiding team members to achieve financial goals while ensuring our guests receive outstanding experiences. We will equip you with a detailed training program lasting 3 weeks or more to ensure your success.

Employees should be prepared to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and maintain effective communication while managing high noise levels and dynamic tasks.
