Job Overview: As an Assistant Store Manager at Pool City, you will play a crucial role in enhancing store performance and customer satisfaction. Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets, operational excellence, and providing the finest customer service. With our comprehensive training program, experience in the industry is not required-just bring your passion for helping families enjoy their leisure time.
Responsibilities: - Support the store manager to reach sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our diverse product offerings.
- Participate in inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Test pool and spa water at our designated station when needed.
- Carry products to customer vehicles, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Expand our customer base and maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
- Contribute to merchandising efforts by keeping displays organized, appealing, and up-to-date.
- Actively participate in training and development programs.
- Help create compelling social media content for store promotion.
- Ensure all areas, including restrooms, are clean and presentable at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and embody our mission.

- Reliable transportation to commute to and from work.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
