AMI is looking for a Assistant Store Manager for its new South Coast Plaza location opening July 2025.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager will ensure the store is running efficiently. Alongside his/her team, the Assistant Store Manager will drive sales and performance and continually create engaging client experience and long-term relationships with clients. As well as managing day-to-day operations. The Assistant Store Manager responsibilities include but not limited to;

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Inspires and guides their team, creates a positive work environment, and fosters a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Hire, supervision, training, and development of a high performing team.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Manage the stock observing brand directives and procedures.

Control and oversee deliveries, transfers, damages, cycle counts, end of season, and all other back of house operations.

Support the inventory preparation in store and monitor results.

Develop and share ideas to increase efficiency, support store initiatives and projects as needed.

Actively participates in the Visual Merchandising of the store, proposes options during rotations.

Properly order new supplies avoiding excessive surplus or inefficiencies

REQUIRED PROFILE

At least 3+ years of experience in retail management.

Experience in stock managing, operations, or retail preferred.

Familiar with sales techniques.

Smiling, dynamic, involved, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Team player with a strong sense of team leadership to deliver results beyond expectations.

Mastering customer service skills and demonstrating ability to foster a customer-service spirit.

Strong interest and a good understanding of fashion, a strong familiarity with the luxury market

and its trends.

A second language would be appreciated
