Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Store Manager:

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the operation of a single store, which includes hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial objectives and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Your leadership is crucial for driving the success of your store. To set you up for success, we provide over three weeks of comprehensive store leadership training.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma is required
  • Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Food Safety certification (Serve Safe) is preferred
Working Environment:

The kitchen can be hot, with potential steam and food vapors. You will be expected to remain on your feet for extended periods and may need to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong communication skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment are essential for success.
