Invicta Stores is looking for a passionate, self-motivated and goal-oriented Full-Time Assistant Store Manager for our location in El Paso Outlets.
Summary of Position
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting Store Management in the daily business operations
of a retail store. General tasks include supervising employees and sales, communicating with and helping
customers and carrying out directives given by the manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead by example and collaborate with Store Management to improve KPI's through sales-driven
techniques, and provide expertise to help others meet sales goals and KPI s.
2. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge by constant training and learning through existing and new
resources to maximize the customer experience.
3. Process accurate and efficient sales and return transactions.
4. Restock sales floor and set up displays as needed and maintain neat and clean area, maintaining
merchandise presentation standards.
5. Assist Store Management in all areas of daily business operations, customer service, merchandising, and
recruitment.
6. Train and coach Sales Associates and Sales Leads to be fluent in all aspects of product knowledge and
sales.
7. Responsible for alarm activation/deactivation, bank deposits, general security guidelines, opening and
closing procedures, and completion of the store's daily business following all safety and security
guidelines according to company standard, adhering to policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
8. Outreach or clientele, via phone call or email, Invicta Stores related information regarding promotions,
new products, or special events to increase sales.
9. In partnership with Store Management, monitor and maintain store inventory using company reports
which include ITR, Merchandising Report, among others. Plan, propose, and implement merchandise
strategies that improve sales targets.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by managers.
Qualifications & Skills
• 2 years retail sales experience required; management retail experience is preferred.
• Computer skills include operation of point of sales system, email, and workforce management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with passion for challenging, empowering, and driving team results.
• Effective communication with customers, peers, and management.
• Solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and
extended hours on a 5-work week basis, with regular attendance being essential.
