Our Cotswold Outdoor store in Brecon is looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help lead and develop a passionate retail team. Nestled on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, the store is a go-to hub for adventurers seeking quality gear, expert advice, and a welcoming, community-focused environment.

• Competitive salary of £27,500 + bonus potential of up to £2,025 annually
