Arden's Garden is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Atlanta locations. This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences.
To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies.
- Prepare cold foods and operate a panini press.
- Share nutritional knowledge with customers.
- Ensure Loss Prevention.
- Develop strong relationships with customers.
- Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
- Assist with store operations.
- Must have a reliable car and cellphone.
Qualifications and Skills
- Dedicated and hardworking
- Able to operate a POS system
- Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
- Good attention to details
- Must be a multitasker, make the most of working in a fun & fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English
