Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As the Assistant Store Manager, you will help oversee a single store's operations. Your responsibilities will include hiring, managing, and directing team members to meet business objectives while delivering outstanding guest experiences. To prepare you for this exciting role, we offer a comprehensive training program lasting three weeks or more.

Eligibility Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius
- Able to work a varied schedule, including weekends
- Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)
About the Role: In this fast-paced role, you will often be in high-temperature environments with the need to multitask efficiently. You will prepare both hot and cold food, operate kitchen equipment safely, and maintain high accuracy under pressure. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Pay Range: $23 per hour - $32.2 per hour.
