Your Role at Sephora: In the role of Assistant Store Leadership Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring outstanding client service and driving sales. You will play a crucial role in leading a dedicated team, cultivating a positive work atmosphere that promotes growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Store Operations and Sales:
    • Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations to create a seamless client experience.
    • Help to develop and implement innovative strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
    • Assist in monitoring sales performance and driving operational excellence.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
    • Support, coach, and motivate a team of associates to achieve and surpass sales goals.
    • Conduct performance reviews, manage employee growth, and provide continuous feedback.
    • Nurture effective collaboration within the leadership team to ensure store objectives are met.
  • Client Satisfaction and Service:
    • Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
    • Address client complaints with skill and provide effective solutions.
    • Support loyalty programs and foster client engagement to build lasting relationships.
  • Store Standards and Compliance:
    • Maintain impeccable store conditions and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies to guarantee a safe and efficient work environment.
    • Uphold Sephora's brand standards to provide a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Resource Management:
    • Assist in managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
    • Support the Store Manager in resource allocation and staffing to optimize productivity.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Proven successful experience as a retail assistant manager.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing a high-volume, complex retail or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities and business insight.
  • Excellent client management skills.
  • Outstanding organizational capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A talent for attracting, identifying, and inspiring team members.
  • Flexible availability to accommodate retail scheduling needs.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend and stretch to stock shelves, and stand/walk on the sales floor throughout the shift in a fragrance-filled environment.
  • Adherence to Sephora's dress code and policies.
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,800.00 to $82,365.00. The actual base salary offered will be influenced by various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, unique skills, level of education, professional certifications, and the geographic location of the applicant. This position may also be eligible for bonuses.
