Key Responsibilities - Complete daily accounting tasks accurately and timely.
- Supervise, develop, and train hourly employees, ensuring operational standards are upheld.
- Monitor cash handling and inventory, assisting in investigations of discrepancies.
- Maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets as assigned.
- Perform administrative duties including banking, invoicing, and payroll following company policies.
- Manage cash management procedures, including bank deposits.
- Ensure the store meets Grand Opening Ready Standards in line with company image standards.
- Uphold high cleanliness and sanitation levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, reporting any issues.
- Assist in managing gasoline levels and coordinating deliveries.
- Engage actively in all promotional initiatives.
- Foster a strong guest service environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

- Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
