Key Responsibilities
  • Complete daily accounting tasks accurately and timely.
  • Supervise, develop, and train hourly employees, ensuring operational standards are upheld.
  • Monitor cash handling and inventory, assisting in investigations of discrepancies.
  • Maintain business records and review cashier accountability sheets as assigned.
  • Perform administrative duties including banking, invoicing, and payroll following company policies.
  • Manage cash management procedures, including bank deposits.
  • Ensure the store meets Grand Opening Ready Standards in line with company image standards.
  • Uphold high cleanliness and sanitation levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines, reporting any issues.
  • Assist in managing gasoline levels and coordinating deliveries.
  • Engage actively in all promotional initiatives.
  • Foster a strong guest service environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong skills in communication, basic math, and accurate reading and writing.

  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures.
  • Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
Education Requirement
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
