Hours: Sunday - Saturday
Assist the Store Director with store operations to meet the standards set forth by the company. Help ensure firm cost controls, overall profitability, low turnover, engaged employees and a best in market customer experience.

Overall - Develop department leadership teams that operate stores to company standards, maximizing customer satisfaction, sales, and profits, while managing labor.
Merchandising Develop department teams that execute the company's merchandising and operations initiatives while remaining locally relevant to maximize sales and profits.
Financial - Assist in developing department teams that achieve and hold them accountable for operating departments that meet and exceed financial metrics.
People Development - Coach, train, and develop department managers and employees to maximize their potential, creating engaged employees throughout the store.
This is a salaried position eligible for an annual bonus. Schedule expectations are a minimum of 26 Sundays a year.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are Sunday through Saturday. This position regularly requires long hours and occasional weekend work as job duties demand.
