About the Opportunity:
• Job Title: Assistant Small Parts Order Filler
• Pay Rate Range: $18-21.50/Hour
• Location: Plymouth, MN
• Schedule: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM
• Position Type: Temp to Hire Assistant Small Parts Order Filler Requirements and Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
2. 6 months to 1 year of experience in shipping areas, dealing with shipping processes and documentation.
3. Ability to fill and pack most parts orders, warranties, and back orders.
4. Regularly required to stand, sit and move around and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
5. Lift material on an average of 20-75 pounds.
6. Required to talk and hear.
7. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, bend forward, squat, twist, kneel, crawl or crouch.
8. Required to grasp and grip.
9. Ability to add and subtract using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
10. Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
11. Work with a minimal amount of supervision.
12. Suggest methods for streamlining and improving procedures.
13. Communicate shipping updates to other departments via lead person or supervisor.
14. Handle / complete all assignments in a timely manner.
15. Follow all safety rules, including using all recommended personal protection equipment.
16. Regular attendance and punctuality.
17. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Assistant Small Parts Order Filler Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs any combinations of tasks involved in the shipping of small parts orders, warranties and back orders.
2. Assist and learn the Small Parts Order Filler position.
3. Help to keep the department clean and organized.
4. Help prepare packages for shipping. Wrap packages and fill in appropriate documentation.
5. Help to keep the department clean and organized.
6. Processing LN orders and UPS/FedEx shipping for small parts with minimum supervision.
7. Other duties and projects as assigned.
