SLH Consult are partnering our client a national housebuilder who are looking to appoint a freelance Assistant Site Manager for a residential site in Northampton,.consisting of high quality new build traditional and timber frame houses for private sale.
The successful candidate will have a minium of 3-4 years previous experience gained from working on residential housing sites, possess a valid SMSTS, & CSCS card and be able to take plots from first fix through to completion, must be able to organise trades and ensure high levels of build quality is maintained, whilst ensuring customer care is kept to a high standard.
This position would be ideal for a candidate who is readily available either looking for a freelance opportunity that could lead into a permanent position.
