I have a great opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a Volume House Builder in Suffolk, who is looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join the team on a development of 100 units in Lakenheath, Suffolk.
Reporting to the established Site Manager the Contracts Manager and Construction Director have identified this site as a possible award winning site of the future.
Responsibilities:
- Managing health and safety
- Build strong relationships with the contractors on site to coordinate the individual trades to ensure they are meeting build targets.
- Working with customer care to ensure all customer journey plans are adhered to from start to finish.
- Working alongside NHBC to carry out plot inspections and key site
- Mentoring and developing all trainees and apprentices across the site.
Key Attributes:
- Experienced Assistant Site Manager with a minimum of 3 years in Volume House Building.
- Fully conversant in NHBC standards.
- SMSTS, First Aid, Scaffold Inspection.
- Site sizes from (Apply online only) units as a minimum.
