Our client, a successful large house builder are looking for a Assistant Site Manager with a Telehandler ticket (1 hour a day max on the forklift)
You will be working closely with the Site Manager on a residential construction site .
This is a great opportunity for a experienced Assistant Site Manager looking to develop his/her career in a long term position
Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Site Manager to support with health & safety, compliance and the smooth day to day running of the site

Working closely with subcontractors and site operatives

Handle deliveries and operate the forklift when required

Communicate effectively with the Site Manager and wider team
Requirements:
-
Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on residential projects

Must have a CPCS or NPORS Telehandler ticket

Excellent communication and organisational skills
-
A proactive attitude
