Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Hythe
Day Rate: £230 - £250 per day depending on experience
Project: Residential housing development comprising of 175+ Timber frame and traditional build houses and apartment blocks
I am looking for am Assistant Site Manager who will report into a Senior Site Manager and assist with the day to day running of the site
Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of Labour
- Site safety which will include but not be limited to running daily inductions for Labour and traffic management.
- Updating the Site Manager on progress.
- Management and coordination of deliveries
The Successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in similar role
- If you have previous Military experience this would be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Relevant qualification in construction management or related field.
- CSCS card & SMSTS & First Aid.
- Recent workplace references.
