The Assistant RN Manager OR Operations will report directly to the Nursing Operations Manager and work closely with the clinical leadership team, which includes OR Supervisors and Charge Nurses. This role will be supported by a dedicated team of Educators for Preop/PACU, the Operating Room, and CVOR, along with CNOR-certified Nurses, Quality Improvement Specialists, and operational staff.
The Assistant RN Manager OR Operations will guide unit operations, including customer experience, budget, human resources, leadership, and quality outcomes. This role will lead education programs to enhance clinical competence, oversee quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with teams to ensure regulatory compliance. They will assist in developing training materials, monitor surgery performance metrics, and recommend improvements. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is essential, along with at least two years of experience as an OR RN/Circulating Nurse, which will help fast-track your application and move you to the interview stage quickly.
